At Alpha & Omega, every item is made-to-order and crafted through our trusted partner. Because each piece is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, or simply changing your mind. We encourage all customers to carefully review size charts, product descriptions, and images before completing a purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Products
On rare occasions, an order may arrive with a defect, misprint, or damage caused during production. In these cases, Alpha & Omega will stand by you.

Any claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

A photo of the item is required, taken immediately upon unpacking, clearly showing the issue.

Once verified, you will be offered either a replacement at no additional cost or a refund.
What’s Not Covered

Buyer’s remorse (wrong size, color, or style chosen)

General wear and tear from use

Damage caused after delivery (washing, stretching, etc.)
Submitting a Claim
To submit a claim, please prepare the following:

Your order confirmation details (order number and date).

Photos of the product, taken directly upon opening the package, that clearly display the defect or misprint.

A short description of the issue.
Once you have gathered this information, send it to our customer care team at the address provided on our Contact Page. For security and anti-spam reasons, the return/refund email is not listed here directly, but it is always accessible on our official Contact Page.
Our team will review your claim carefully and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, we will handle the process quickly and fairly.
